What we collect
When you ask for help or book a transport we collect what you give us: your name and phone number, where you are (only if you tap "Use my location" or type it in), your vehicle's registration and type, what's happened, where you want it taken, and any notes you add.
Why we use it
Only to answer your request, arrange and carry out the recovery or transport, and contact you about it. The legal basis is taking steps you've asked for before a contract, and carrying out that contract.
Who else sees it
- Decosai, who run this website and its enquiry system for us and pass your request to us.
- postcodes.io: when you use your location or the postcode checker, the coordinates or postcode are sent there to find the nearest postcode.
- OpenStreetMap, which draws the map on this site.
- WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.
We never sell your details or use them for marketing.
How long we keep it
12 months after the job, then it's deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Call 07927 920162. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This site doesn't set tracking or advertising cookies. Visit counts use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies.
